RuleId: Represents the ID of a rule.

Type : ielib.Rule

Represents an object of the class Rule.

      Note : The ID of a rule is distributed by the RulesBase class when KnowledgeBase.Add(Rule) method is used to add a rule to the knowledge base. Gets the ID of a rule by the Rule.Id property.
